Sonic's Double Spin Attack activates while pausing

It is pretty much present in my eyes. While playing around with Extra Chars+ in Peach's Secret Slide, I pressed B by mistake and activated the Double Spin Attack instead of not activating it like punching.

**Tutorial for people who doesn't know this**
Step 1: Jump
Step 2: After jumping, press start
Step 3: Press B to do the Double Spin Attack
