I'd like to use this at Windows, Linux

• winget install copier/copier ( Windows )
• apt install copier ( Ubuntu )
• brew install copier ( MaxOS )

Desired Situation

I am Application developer ( MacOS, Ubuntu, Windows )
i hope use this app in all platform

All you need is uv which is available for all major platforms. Then, you can run Copier ad hoc via uvx copier ... or install Copier via uv tool install copier. Does this suffice for your use case?
