[Feature request] 'Summarized conversation history' chat message should have more noticeable styling

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
'Summarized conversation history' is an important message in a chat. This means that your conversation history has just lost fidelity, since it was summarized. This usually causes some departure from the plan we were working on, making the agent go off track (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot). Whenever I see that message, i have my Copilot re-read the plan we were working on, to regain a high fidelity plan in the context window. To get it back on track.

Right now, the styling of the 'Summarized conversation history' is the same as regular agent chat updates, so its easy to miss, and mission-drift can be hard to spot.

Describe the solution you'd like
Give the 'Summarized conversation history' message in the chat a more distinct, noticeable styling. Maybe orange or yellow is too much, but maybe a special colored icon or something?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Reading the chat history extra hard. But would be easier if 'Summarized conversation history' has more noticeable styling.
