Update package-lock.json with dependency upgrades and removals

- Upgraded @emnapi/core to version 1.7.1 and @emnapi/wasi-threads to version 1.1.0.
- Updated @inquirer/external-editor to version 1.0.3 and @lerna/create to version 8.2.4.
- Removed outdated dependencies including strong-log-transformer and yargs.
- Updated various other dependencies to their latest versions, including glob and minimatch.
