Commit UV Lock File

If UV is the preferred tool to use with this project, shouldn't the lock file be included to guarantee all developers are working with the same set of dependencies? I believe this is the official recommendation.

If the lock file is not something that this project wants to maintain, should we at least add `uv.lock` to the `.gitignore` file?
