archive original buildextend-live code; symlink to cmd-osbuild

We are no longer using the original buildextend-live code here
and are now using OSBuild for building our live disk artifacts.

The code for this now lives in:
https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild/blob/main/stages/org.osbuild.coreos.live-artifacts.mono
