show my data in panel

I don't understand how can i show data from my view in panel.
For example, i have:
controller = site
action = dash1
url=site/dash1
Question:
What need I do for show page by link site/dash1 in dashboard panel ?

It's been a long time, but I think you have to visit localhost/dashboard to configure how they display.

By yii2-panel can show panel pages by PanelWidget.
yii2-dashboard is so complicated
