[Bug] When loading NIfTI format segmentation labels, incomplete label data occurs on certain slices. #2501

Describe the Bug

The sequence I loaded is in DICOM format, while the labels are in NIfTI format. When I scroll to switch between slices, the label data on certain layers only partially loads and is not fully displayed. Frequent scrolling sometimes results in complete label data being shown. On the layers that do not load completely, the labels often become distorted when I pan or zoom. I am unsure of the cause, but when I load the same data in ITK-Snap, it displays perfectly.

Here is a video of it being loaded in ITK-Snap.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Load the sequence of DICOM format images
2.Load the NIfTI format label file

The current behavior

The current behavior is that labels are only partially displayed when scrolling.

The expected behavior

The label data can be displayed completely.
