Describe the bug
Real-world use case: A person used her old name (Mädchenname, used before marriage) by accident to generate a new certificate in her drug store. Scanning the new certificate did not work. The name mismatch was apparently not stated by an error message.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Add a certificate with a wrong name to an already existing certificate.
Expected behaviour
There should be a clear error message if a new certificate shall be added, but the name does not agree with the old one's name.
Formulation proposal: "The new certificate's name ... differs from the old one ...".
(E. g. "The new certificates name Kurt Grahl differ from the old one Kurt Henning", but with the standarized names.)
