Kilosort 4 detects a lot of noise and doesn't detect waveform correctly

Hi all,

I am using spikeinterface and kilosort4 to analyze my ephys recording. I do common refernce filtering but some channels are still very noisy and kilosort includes a lot of noise into the sorting so it is super hard to clean in phy. Furthermore, Kilosort4 seems to cut the waveform weirdly and doesn't recognize the spikes correctly (as seen in Channel 1 in the TraceView).

Any ideas on what could be the problem or how I can improve the sorting?
