iFrameWnd for files

I think Knack deals with files terribly.
Would it be possible to add something to the KTL that would open a file in a draggable, resizable window and still be able to work in Knack. I have tried to do this, but I really struggled getting it to work. At the moment we have it open in a separate tab/window but this takes you away from the Knack window. Ideally the file would open in the iFrameWnd so that a user could still work in Knack, and it would have close button to close the window.
