I havent seen developers address this issue in the slightest so im wondering if the clipboard manager is an abandoned project. Upon entering the command into the terminal and restarting, the applet still doesnt work. I was thinking 3 weeks since the same issue, this applet would have been working. Any updates would be great.

Yes, it works, but not the Flatpak version. See issue #171

You have 3 options:

• Build it yourself from source
• Use an unofficial DEB version
• Use an unofficial RPM version
