Permissions for user to edit file seem quite random

Issue Description

I cannot fathom out how to set up permissions to allow me to edit (as a Dokuwiki user) a file I have created using Drawio outside of Dokwiki. There seems absolutely no rhyme or reason to it. Some files show the Edit button and some don't.

How can I definitely force a file to be editable from Dokuwiki?

Ah, sorry, I'm using the latest Dokuwiki - Librarian with the recent update. Running using apache2 as web server and Vivaldi (chrome derivative) browser.

Open your diagram files in a text editor. Currently we check those files for some conditions to see if they are editable diagrams:

You might need to edit those files manually and adjust the URL so that they will be recognized as editable diagrams.
