Hothing happens after social login (tested with Google and Facebook) or timeout (15 secs)

### Issue Description

1. Installed Oauth, Oauth-Facebook, Oauth-Google
2. Set all credentials
3. When I login with Facebook it's usually timeout. If I'm lucky and it's not slow as a mule, I return to the start page unauthorized.
4. The same story for Google, but somethimes it says "wrong redirect URI" (I use Apache rewrites setting and https://rslive.ru/doku.php as a redirect everywhere).
