[Bug] Scrolling down on a long article breaks buttons on the toolbar

When editing a long article and scrolling down to the point where the toolbar pops out, all of the buttons outside of the Editable Text field (e.g. the Edit table button) stop working and you have to scroll back up to use them.

I can't reproduce this. Which template are you using?

Hi, i think i have the same problem, with bootstrap3 theme, i have to scroll up all the page, choose button, and down all the page (sorry for my english) i haven't access to the edit bar...

I think this "Bug" is related to the Template. I Had the same Issue and solved it by adding a custom css style:

Thanks @bluefor2 I had the same problem and could solve it with your code.
In order to make it permanent I create /conf/userstyle.css and added:

.prosemirror_wrapper .menubar.prosemirror-menubar-fixed {
    top: 60px !important;
    }
