Modify self-delegated address

Hi, is it planned to add a functionality allowing the modification of the self delegation address? Is this a possible feature? It could be very useful

I don't think changing a validator's self-delegation address inherently makes much sense IMO. You'd be decoupling the operator from the delegation address, which means it's not longer really a self-delegation address.

Perhaps considering using the groups or authz modules to delegate responsibility of delegation on the behalf of another account? Would that work?

Technically I have no idea. What is sure is that it would be a great help for those who want to change the validator account for security reasons (ex: moving to Ledger).

I see, it sounds like what you're actually talking about is validator key rotation. An issue for that can be found here: #3863

@robert-zaremba what is "re-keying"? Is that something separate from key rotation? Is there and docs on that?
