[SDK] Given a private key - generate a wallet

So far I've found the information of how to do generate a wallet out of a mnemonic phrase only. For instance:

import { DirectSecp256k1HdWallet } from "@cosmjs/proto-signing";

const wallet_1 = await DirectSecp256k1HdWallet.fromMnemonic(my_mnemonic, {prefix: 'abcd'});

But wow would I generate a public key / wallet / account out of a private key instead of a mnemonic phrase?
It could be in any language - js, go, rust, python.

I believe you can use the PrivKeyFromBytes method in "github.com/decred/dcrd/dcrec/secp256k1/v4". Doing a search in the code for that will show you where it's being used in the SDK.
