Hey @sayeed21141073! This isn't handled in the Cosmos SDK. This is a feature/requirement of CometBFT, a PBFT based algo. I'd raise your question in the CometBFT repo, not here. |

I am using the Cosmos SDK to learn blockchain. We know the BFT consensus mechanism that requires 2 out of 3 validators to agree on a block before it can be committed to the blockchain. So if there are 180 validators, if 120 validators agree then a block will be added to the chain.
I want to implement 2.5/3 or 150 validators to agree, then where do I need to change this in the cosmos SDK/CometBFT codebase?
