Create more demo projects

To increase the adoption and to find out the perfect APIs for the framework, ideally, we should have as many different projects written in Cot as possible. The projects do not necessarily have to be complex, but we need something to show that the framework works well in more complicated projects. This is a discussion to track the progress and possible ideas.

• Link shortener - a classical web framework example project. It could show the use of ORM, frontend framework integration, or features such as SSO (when we land it). I have one project that could be rewritten in Cot called shrt.
• RSS reader - something that could appeal to people who are also the target of the framework itself. I was thinking about something minimalistic, similar to Miniflux, but with the frontend being an actual SPA for better client responsiveness.
• Cybersecurity wargame/CTF - I have an old project of mine called hackthespace that is currently in the process of being rewritten in Cot. This could appeal to the overall CTF community which is a slightly different target than web developers, but could possibly result in some security issues being found in Cot.
