image keeps blinking

When I go to the above site, the image is completely loaded, but it keeps blinking, so how do I solve it? Can i get that blinking effect out of the source code?

Not blinking in latest Chrome and Safari, what's the browser you used?

It just happened to be solved. I think it was solved by adding the toc:false option.

This option was completely irrelevant. The problem was the Google addguard extension.

That is a possibility. After updating to the latest version on my github pages, the shimmering stopped.
