There is something unclear to me about this upgrade document: is it to upgrade from starter to full version or just to upgrade to the latest version of the starter?

If it is to remain in the starter, is there an official document to upgrade from starter to full?

@LuizMeier its about upgrading to latest version of starter if you're following the starter one.
If you want to get the full version, you need to fork the main repo.
