First, this is pretty nice code base. Thanks for uploading it.
My quick question: Do I need to "train" the data directory if I add a new pair of model-product?
I added preprocessed new model + product data and changed "test.txt", "val.txt" and ran "main.py" with "test" option ( inference), but do not see it pulled new model+product data.

No. The design of preprocessing aims to make the model more generalized and supported. However, if your prepared data is too different from the original prepared one, it would receive better quality if fine-tuning a bit.

Have you seen any errors? Can you try to reproduce the given sample with the same process?
