resource (couchbasecapella_vpc_cluster) don't support terraform import

Hi,

i was trying to import state for one of the existing clusters but it give me below error.

│ Error: resource couchbasecapella_vpc_cluster doesn't support import

Raising this issue so terraform import support can be added. it will be a very useful feature.

Hi 👋 Thanks for submitting this issue and for the feature suggestion. I'll add the enhancement label to this and take a look at what will be required to implement this.
