LV, MV, and HV IC2 EU Consumers all blow up, reguardless of EU/t 

Tested on a flat creative world - all of the IC2 consumers except for the EV consumer blow up when anything over 8 EU/t is put into them. Even the HV consumer blows up from a bat box. Please fix this! Thank you.
