Patient should have an option to delete their data

We should give a patient the option of being able to delete their data from our DBs, as PDPR will require this when it comes into force.

As of now, they can request us manually, via a contact form, which I'll link in the Terms and the FAQ Pages. We'll be handing them over a transcript of all the chats against their email ID and delete it from our tawk.to dashboard. All conversations will be happening over e-mail regarding the above. No form of social media/chat application will be used to directly deal with such cases.
