Can I make R/python plug-ins in Perseus to make plots in Perseus?

Dear PluginTutorial - team,

I've been working on making some specific plots in R/Python for Perseus .txt output. I came across this plugin item for Perseus and thus I wonder, can I run such plotting within Perseus?

If yes, what are the in and output commands?

Main reason here is so that I can make some standardized plots for lab members that are less experienced in R/Python.
