Search result headings don't use renderer plugins

I have a laikaHtmlRenderer extension bundle that finds lonely backticked Text nodes, and converts them to use <code> for monospace highlighting. In particular, this is used for headings in the side-bar:

However, the same effect is not observed in the search headings:

Here, there are naked backticks.
