License inconsistency #14

@pghmcfc

Description

@pghmcfc

The LICENSE section of the POD for this module says:

This module is distributed under the ARTISTIC LICENSE v2 using the
same terms as Perl itself.

However, that is self-inconsistent because the license terms of Perl itself are "GPL (version 1 or later) or the Perl Artistic License" (which refers to version 1 of that license) and not "Artistic License version 2".

Now way back in 2008, the downstream maintainer of this module in Fedora Linux, Tom Callaway, queried this with the then upstream and noted in the Fedora package:

# Upstream confirms that they're under the same license as perl.
# Wording in CBC.pm is less than clear, but still.
License: GPL+ or Artistic

It would be good if this licensing situation could be resolved properly now that there is an active upstream again...
