Feat/init staff web (#160)
* build: add staff next * fix: update dev script to specify port for development server * refactor: simplify Home component to display WEB STAFF * refactor: replace Geist font with Sarabun in layout and globals * fix: add @workspace/db dependency to staff package * feat: update staff package dependencies and add health check endpoint * feat: add ThemeProvider component and integrate next-themes for theming support * feat: enhance staff app with new dashboard components and UI elements * feat: update staff app dashboard to track team registrations and submissions * refactor: remove commented code for clarity in user-v-done.ts * refactor: update import path for TeamsChart component in dashboard page * feat: add navbar * feat: add ThemeSwitcher component for dynamic theme selection and update dependencies * feat: integrate theme selection in Navbar with ThemeSwitcher component
