add a task for different speed targets (either faster or slower) #89
Description
You think / need this code to do task to detect a different dots speed.
Tell us more about it below.
Consider as the output of the function a matrix with 1 (is target) and 0 (no target) instead of the actual dot speed
Reminder:
- we already have a test function for this, it just needs to be updated when this is implemented and therefore the output (in case or not this task is required) will be different.
