Table layout: Name column wrapping identifiers

The description column in member-function tables is taking up too much space, causing the “Name” column to collapse and wrap identifiers in an awkward way.

This seems to have started after widening the second column recently. We probably need to adjust that change so the Name column has enough room and doesn’t wrap like this. Another solution is to make the Name column never wrap.
