Also fixes sanitizer variable usage on llvm-basename The setting for LLVM_ENABLE_RTTI was also redundant, as it is always set by the cmake profiles.

Also fixes sanitizer variable usage on llvm-archive-basename.
The setting for LLVM_ENABLE_RTTI was also redundant, as it is always set by the cmake profiles.
