Error executing "GetSessionToken" on "https://sts.amazonaws.com"; AWS HTTP error: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: sts.amazonaws.com

Description

We recently had a large build up of cache files in storage/runtime/cache which resulted in us needing to delete everything in there in order to get the site functioning properly. In doing so, this error started appearing whenever attempting to upload or download an image.

We've tried following the instructions mentioned #81 and #36, however when clicking the refresh button, we are presented with the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
