[5.x] Issues duplicating asset fields that contains `{id}` in the location

Description

I have this asset field that has an Asset Location set to package/{id} and restricted to a single location.

If I duplicate entry A that references an asset S in this field to entry B, S is moved to the folder containing B's id.

If I go back to A and save it, S is moved back to the folder containing A's id.

Is this an intended behavior ? If so, is there a native way to duplicate those assets when duplicating entries ?

Apologies if this belongs more to Craft repo, I've not tried this without the AWS plugin.
