Field Saved Notification

When creating fields in Split mode, Stored alerts show but block the ability to add a new field. Can this be resolved to either the top or smaller and positioned on the left. It would also help if the alert's dismiss property was faster so it doesn't hang so long.

This seems like a bug report… can you please post an an Issue by pressing “New issue” on https://github.com/craftcms/cms/issues, and provide all the requested details?
