Allow Matrix blocks to have their own URLs

It would be nice if Matrix fields had a "Blocks in this field get their own URLs" checkbox, and the nested "Block URL Format" and "Block Template" settings, similar to Sections and Category Groups.

This would make it much easier to set up a Matrix field where each block gets its own URL on the front end.

If implemented, Matrix blocks could also have built-in Slug fields.

Right, this would be useful. For example in the situation when Matrix is used to generate (sub)pages.
