Ability to run customer payment method sync without interaction

Running php craft commerce-stripe/sync/payment-sources requires selection of a gateway and confirmation to continue.

Can we add additional flags to bypass these? For example:

1. --handle to denote the gateway handle i.e. stripe (not sure why this is needed as the command is provided by commerce-stripe). Checks can still be done to confirm this gateway (handle) exists when provided this way.
2. --force to denote that the user understands the consequences with inconsistent customer information when using test keys.

The main reason for the request is that we're keen on synchronizing customer payment methods on a somewhat frequent basis (automatically) and this is a halter on having this sort of thing automated.
