Promotions disabled as default

Today when creating promotions, they are enabled by default in the backend.

I can see the idea behind it, to minimise the "clicks" for the enduser, but we have just experienced that it's not very userfriendly. A lot of times, users who are creating the sale/discount, saves it while they are editing and forgetting that it's activated by default, which for instance resulted in everything in the webshop being 50% off.

My suggestion would be for it to either be disabled as default, or have a setting where we can define the default value of "Enable this discount" to prevent customers
