POS: Custom Price for an Item in an Order

I am currently trying to map a scenario where the price for an item in the shopping cart can be customized (CP/Backend Only). However, this is only possible with coupons which can be very tedious at the POS.

It would be a great option if you could simply set an individual price for an item in the CP at checkout.

This would give Craft Commerce an important option for the POS and could fulfill many other applications in everyday life.
