[FR] A new fieldtype for uploading source files

Problem

A path to an uploaded file currently needs to be hard-coded when setting up a feed:

Feature Request

A new "Feed Me" field type. Essentially, a simple file upload field (a la an Assets field).

Fieldtype settings:

• Always limited to 1 file.
• Associated with a specific pre-configured feed.

When a user uploads a CSV file, it gets automatically parsed via the feed.
