Unable to create Webhook - Cannot access offset of type string on string

Hey guys, We're making the switch from Stripe product integration to Shopify.
We've spun up a Shopify account, created the custom app and assigned all the recommended privileges. we got all the tokens and api keys, marked the Webhook version to 2024-10. this issue has happened on Shopify plugin version:

• ^6.0.5
• 6.1.x-dev

Steps to reproduce

1. Filled out Shopify Settings with our environment vars. All but the Contextual Pricing Countries field
2. Went to Shopify > Webhooks and clicked create
3. get the error on the submitted page https://scottsmill-open.walkerdev.com.au/craftadmin/shopify/webhooks
4. Cannot access offset of type string on string

While we wait for Shopify to update their PHP SDK with 2025-10 API version support, we have released version 6.1.0 of this plugin which does add support for the 2025-07 version.

This should mean you will be able to create new apps and should have no issues in creating the webhooks.
