You will have to write code for it yourself.
You can do something like:

Serial.println(irutils::addModeToString(ac.next.mode, stdAc::opmode_t::kAuto, stdAc::opmode_t::kCool, stdAc::opmode_t::kHeat, stdAc::opmode_t::kDry, stdAc::opmode_t::kFan));

Note: Untested, not even compiled. If it doesn't work, you can work out how to fix it.
