This pull request updates the Unity project package configuration to keep dependencies current and remove unused packages. The most important changes are the upgrade of the Rider IDE integration package and the removal of the Collab Proxy package from both the manifest and lock files.
Dependency updates:
com.unity.ide.riderpackage from version3.0.18to3.0.38in bothmanifest.jsonandpackages-lock.jsonto ensure compatibility with the latest Rider IDE features.Dependency removals:
com.unity.collab-proxypackage from bothmanifest.jsonandpackages-lock.json, indicating it's no longer required for collaboration features.
