At this spot, the dlt documentation says:
> CrateDB is compatible with PostgreSQL and uses the psycopg2 driver, like the postgres destination.

It looks like {meltano-}target-postgres already supports psycopg3, but also retains support for psycopg2? This raises the following questions:

• How to select one or the other backend driver?
• Is meltano-target-cratedb compatible with both variants?
