Contradictory license

In the file Promise.java there is a comment indicating a restrictive license.
In the github project the licence is apache 2.0.

It would be really helpful if this could be resolved. The class looks great, but is basically useless with the copyright notice as it is. Can't use it if I might be opening myself up to legal action.
