Can I update a record using HTTP call like NoIP and other DDNS?

Today I run this project: https://github.com/benjaminbear/docker-ddns-server

I would like to move it to Route 53, but routers only accept HTTP calls to update its hosts, please, there is any way to do this using ddns-route53?
