Description

For screens with sizes~ standard laptops (15-inch or 14-inch), the contents of all the pages in the site are wrapped inside a box, which not only limits visibility but also makes the site look different than the standard design system.

Reproduction

1. Go to https://resources.creativecommons.org/submit/
2. You can either see the error, the contents of the page won't be visible, or move to the third step.
   3.Switch to a screen size ~ 1750(width) * 1028(height).
3. Now see the error, one needs to scroll to see the cotents of the page.
4. The error can be seen on other pages too, like the homepage.

Expectation

The site should behave as earlier, with all of the contens occupying full width, for original CC standard styling which looks beautiful.
