In this regard me personally are giving them the benefit of the doubt. There was a misconfiguration in which discussions could not be opened and after that was fixed, they moved issues into discussions (once). They may have done to much moving here, but I suspect this to be a one-time thing. |

This kickoff is intended as an open feedback process. We have tried to highlight the discussions:
If you have additional ideas for how we might bring people to discussions, please let us know. |

I would personally prefer if the tone does not drift in to the accusatory. It is okay for it to feel that way. These feelings can be acknowledged (I am not sure they have been fully) but i do not see how they can be discussed. What constructive changes are you hoping for @cadadr ? |

People are raising fundamental issues with the literal idea of the proposal, which is the entire point of the repository. As such, the stuff you scurried away into much less well known, much less frequently visited "Discussions" section feels disingenuous. Your "Alert" issue also having comments disabled reeks of damage control.
This reflects very badly on you and it makes me regret having advocated for and used CC licences.
