Power comes from coordination and solidarity. The more we converge on preferences and means of expressing them across sectors, communities, and geographies; the more leverage we will have.

As you discuss considerations regarding collective action we are particularly interested in your feedback on the following questions:

1. Does the current proposal for CC signals effectively create a reciprocal framework that captures widely-held sentiment across the commons? What is working? What is missing?
2. CC signals prioritize standardization and machine-readability to increase their utility, but this comes with costs. How should we balance the tradeoff between context-specific considerations and the need for collective action that spurs behavioral change at scale?
3. What is the best way to motivate the collective to take coordinated action?
