I think it may be useful to be able to specify in detail how works are used in AI training, so I suggeste some licenses that would allow limited use of works for AI traning. However, I don't know if these will work legally.
Non-intensive use
Works under this license can be used for AI training, but cannot be used for intensive AI training such as fine-tuning or LoRA.
This is also the case when labeling has the same effect as intensive AI training.
For example, works under this license may not be used to train a generative AI, such as by labeling it with the author's name.
Non-enjoyable use
Works under this license can be used for AI training, on the premise of complete non-enjoyment.
AI developers that use works under this license are obligated not to provide copies or similar works of the works to third parties.
For example, even if an AI developer includes a provision in a generative AI service that holds AI users responsible for any use of copies or similar works of the work that the AI used to train, works under this license cannot be used to train that AI at the point where the AI may output them.
Non-competitive use in the broad sense
Works under this license cannot be used to train an AI to output something in the same type as the work.
For example, in the case of an image work, it cannot be used to train an image generation AI, but it can be used to train an Image discrimination AI.
